Bell Canada loosing customers

Tech news: bell sux ballz. Ha! What do they have excellent customer services. However they must have that since their internet and phone lines are expensive, slow, and monitored. Fact: bell been trying to catch up in speed to videotron cable (or rogers/cogeco) for a decade. Keep trying ... Their line of defense? " U got to use that cale we gave you, u got to be close to the central and use a 6' wire from jack to modem. No tks. Why must I readjust everything so that I can get the net? Cable is the way to go too bad its about $30+ damn it
