Its rare to find a book so educational that you have to praise it as if it was a bible. Men's Health: Eat This Not That series is an amazing find. Its the key book to selective dinning without turning into a rabbit. (You know, those people who constantly eat a bowl of lettuce and call that a meal...come on now...)
Here is such an example.
Eat a Ham and Cheese English Muffin and not a MULTIGRAIN bagel with light cream cheese.
Reason: the ham and cheese has protein and less calories no matter how much multigrain that bagel has.
Such satisfaction in knowing this..
