U sit at the saaq and can't help but wonder: here we have collectively a bunch of future motorist that can't drive. I can judge that 60% of them can't. I'm pretty confident about those number. First all parents with small kids will drive slow and get honked. Then we got the huge immigrant family collectively rooting for their star driver to pass their test: we know tje consequent there...and finally anyone who is about 5ft or under cannot drive because they will be adjusting their booster seat :)
