If you only offer AVS and CVV check - then you are not fit for e-commerce online gateway.
This is what Helcim's problem in order to breach through the market.
I have asked an agent through email if they offer VBV (verified by visa) MCSC (mastercard secured code) - and he rebutal ""Our service does offer CVV/CVC (card verification value) checking as well as address verification."
1) please read the question before typing
2) they are not the same
both VBV/MCSC for merchants are the only way to prevent a client from fraud. VBV/MCSC is a secret password or a random generated number in some country to authenticate
due to this - it would be very unlikely for me to recommend this processing company for online merchants
